cannot convert using canopus procoder 2

hi - am using canopus procoder 2 to convert a mpeg4 (divx) file to a dvd but after completion when i play the dvd there is no video but i can only hear the audio...i have tried this with different formats to convert to dvd but still the same!? thanks
