    divx 6.1 help

So I capture the video with MPG2 at 720X480 resolution using a video capture card with a composite video cable coming out from my DVR Box

I edit the clips using ulead videostudio9 to cut out commericals and what have you and produces a 23 miniute video

What I want to know can I produce either 512X384 or 640X480 22 miniute video with High quality and around 200MB File. Is it possible? if so can you explain or give me a link on how to acomplish this task.

    im using divx pro 6.1

I didn't even produce the video it said like resolution was too small or large and sometimes didnt want to accept the source video and some other errors can you think of another method to use to encode

source video: composite video encoded in mpg2 resolution was 720x352 and 29 fps
