Which divx to dvd program results in the best image/sound quality?

So far I have tried:

DivxToDVD v19923
AVI2DVD
Nero Vision
TMPGEnc

TMPGEnc seems to be the best out of what I have tried but there are alot of different quality settings to choose from and I cant find the best options.

What yeilds the best results? (assuming the avi source is good)
