adding subtitles and converting to dvd

hi !

I've been trying to add subtitles to a video file that i created !

I have the srt file !

I use sub2divx or avisub to merge the subtitles and the movie and the result is a .divx file !

After that i go to Nero Vision (latest version) to convert to dvd !

It all goes well but, when i play the dvd the subtitles are gone !


What am i doing wrong ?

Can you please help me ?

you'll probably want hardsubbing. try something decent like avi2dvd, or avisynth textsub() and tmpgenc instead of nero. search the forum for guides
