          The .m2v file is simply a silent MPEG2 file. If you have a software DVD player (WinDVD, PowerDVD, etc.) and/or the proper MPEG2 filters installed (and registered to Windows) on your system, simply change the extension from ".m2v" to ".mpg" - or, without changing anything, simply "drag and drop" the file onto the already running player...

              Will this work for editing? Such as in Vegas?
