hi all,

Why won't nandub open my .avi file? I ripped from my dvd using smartripper in movie mode. I then used dvd2avi to get .d2v file and then used vfapi to get my "fake" avi file. Everything seemed to go smooth.

But, when I try to open my faceavi_d2v-vfapi.avi file, nandub gives me these errors, "cannot determine file type of ....._d2v-vfapi.avi or avi import filter error: bad format(80044066).

Any ideas?

which version of dvd2avi was that?

make sure it is 1.76
