    Problem cutting a divx

I tried to cut a divx avi using virtual dub, but the avi I got was not usable. The sound is normal, but the video seems to be playing twice too slow. The original fps was about 26.000, and now it says that for video and audio to match I have to change to more than 74.000 fps It doesn't work of course.

    so please enlighten me

Try AVIChop. It's much simpler and it's always worked for me.
