Sound and Movie not synchronized after use of AVI2DVD

First of all a short intro. My name is fozzie and I am working on various computer forums as a helper. Being not to unlitarite in case of software- and hardware issues inclusive of malware removal I am a total noob when working over movies is concerned. So thanks in advance for all the help.

I have tried to convert this movie with AVI2DVD(as per but as per this
guide with the above result. What am I doing wrong?

    Here some more info

EDIT could it be that I don't have this MPEG1 Layer audio codec which is causing the delay with audio?

Try converting the movie with Vidomi Encoder as explained here, the few times I used that AVI2DVD tool I got problems as well.

Also ensure you have installed an MPEG 3 Layer 3 audio codec such as Fraunhofer's one.
