I have a backup of a dvd that my kids distroyed. (Nice having a backup on that one.. whew.)
I want to actually convert it to xvid. I have been doing my original disks too. I use dvd decrypt to dump the dvd to the hard drive and then use autoGK to make the xvid. I have had no problems with my other original disks, but the dvd decrypt won't properly dump the backup disk to the HD for me to use autoGK on. Also, directly moving the files to the HD won't work either because autoGK needs the info files dumped/made too.
Anyone else have this problem? I am converting my whole dvd collection to xvid for my home theater PC but I can't get this one backup in there. I am on the verge of just buying another new disk here.
