how to convert avi to divx??

i use autoGK to convert some avi files to divx files,so that i can play
them on my dvd/divx player..without conversion,it plays those avi files
without video only..so when i tried to convert an avi file, i got the following
error after conversion:"EXCEPTION: Unsupported audio type."..and i didnt
get the output file..so plz help me.. i have posted the conversion

Give the file info of the original avi using Mediainfo(tree view).
