fast motion codec?

Hi all,
I'm kinda new to this, so be gentle. I would like to experiment with makefilm. to do this I need to make one version with the fast motion codec and one with low motion. My problem is, that when I go to configure divx5.02, I don't know how to configure for one or the other. I don't see fast motion or low motion on any of the settings. What am I missing?

forget about makefilm!

tools, which combine low and fast motion avis are more than out-of-date since nowadays tools like nandub or codecs like divx5 DO A 2 PASS themselves and they make the better avi file!

thus, make yourself familiar with gordionknot 026beta and divx5.
