Can I shrink an FLV file

I have an FLV file that I want to send by e-mail.

Current size is 13.9 GB and I need it under 10.0 GB

I have searched the forum as well as the web and have not found my answer.

Is it possible? And if it is, Can it be done with freeware?

Hi Burrell,

Use SUPER to redo the FLV with lower "Resolution" .. play with "bitrate" and "video" size/frame ... but as you know ... FLV files are of lesser resolution to begin with ... so compressing it some more you will lose more clarity ...

BTW, I have to be fair ... I am snatching your Avatar ... I love it!
