Ripping off a voice sound track from a DVD movie

I would like to rip off only the voice track (or any other particular track) off a DVD .VOB file. Can you please advise me how to go about it?

Also how to find out the number of tracks in a .VOB file and how to rip each of them off separately.

I use 'mencoder' tool for this purpose. It's originally for Linux but there is a windows port of this tool too.
