Where is the f*** codec???

i've installed the divx4.12 codec and when i try to select it from the DVDx1.8a panel, it doesn´t apear, it apears "no recompression". i go searching for him in the windows and it apears in the list of installed video codecs. why DVDx can't find it?

Try uninstalling the codec and reinstalling. As a note, there is no way the DivX codec (4.12) can appear in the audio codec! It is a video codec in the first place.
