MOV to AVI Using DivX 5 2nd Pass

I'm trying to convert a movie trailer that is in .mov format to avi but I'm unsure how to use the second pass feature with DivX 5.02. I converted the .mov file using "RAD Video Tools," into an uncompressed avi file. Any Ideas how to use second pass after this?

before you can use 2nd pass you will have to do pass 1!
