Philips Media Converter

Hi guys, My mom bought this ipod / audio player. Then, when I want to transfer some of my music, I download from iMeem program. It didn't work. I use Philips Media Converter. They only support the format .wmv. They also can convert music files. But they can't convert MP3 and WMA. I don't know what to do, how and where Am I going to download a .wmv format. So, can somebody help me? Please

Problem is i cant convert them either, ur meant 2 drag files into it (or add them with the add tab) but the files dont show up, i need help 2
