I have read in many places that this should be set at the frame rate of the video (29.97= set Min IDR-frame interval at 30). I use fairuse wizard 2.9 x264 codec settings to convert a IVTC dvd to my x264 .mkv file. The part that confuses me is the pulldown it performs to 23.97 and what to set the Min IDR-frame interval to be. 30 or 24? Do they mean the input video framerate or IVTC pulldown frame rate. Please help. Thank You
