Muxing an H264 and an AC3 into an MP4 file

I've got an H264 video stream and an AC3 audio stream from an MKV file that plays well as an MKV file on my PC.

I want to make an MP4 file from these streams to be played on my Samsung Series 8 TV. It plays MP4 files and AVI files from a USB port.

What software would you suggest that I use for this? I've tried MP4Box with no luck, and others too.

I've converted the AC3 to MP3 and WAV and tried it without success too.

Try SUPER or AVIDemux.

AVIDemux did the trick.

In one step I loaded the MKV file and saved it as an MP4 file that plays on my TV via the USB port.

That's awesome.
