Missing audio codec

Hi people!
I have one movie which i cant see because i'm missing audio codec tag 2000. Any ideas where i can find it????

Install the AC3 codec from a codec pack, such as Nimo or Tsunami. Alternatively, you can install a DVD player software, such as PowerDVD or WinDVD.

i have a problem. there is no sound when i play some movies. i have downloaded the divx ac3 codec, but dont know how to install it. when i run the exe file, it only extract to 4 files: iviaudio.ax, mpgaudio.ax, registerfilters-2k and registerfilters-98. what should i do? i am using win xp.
