Convert Laserdisc

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to rip a laserdisc to a file?
I have about 150 movies I would like to recover.
Does anyone do this commercially?

If your computer system has video-in capability and your laser disk player has video and audio out capability, audio and video cable connections plus VirtualDub's free capture software (or other, if you prefer) should do the trick...
