AC3 sound on Win XP?

I have problems with registering AC3 filter on my PC.
My OS is Win XP Pro.
Does anyone know how to play back divX films with AC3 sound on a PC running Win XP?

Try installing the TSUNAMI codec pack and a software dvd player.
