MicroDVD 1.2

Hello, I'm new at this board, and this is my first post..

I'm having some problems with MicroDVD player 1.2 , and I've heard that the 1.3 player is better and isn't so buggy with subtitles.


Is there anywhere I can get it??

The following information regarding v.1.3 is posted at the author's website as of today (1/01/01):


"The new upcoming version 1.3 of the player is currently being sold commercially, therefore download of the player is not possible at this time."

It would, therefore, appear that you'll have to purchase it.

I must say that Mdvd 1.2 has no problems with subtitles If you install the new codec 4.12.
The "transparent" feature works perfectly.

What is your subtitle problem ?

I'm using MicroDvD too, and since I'm french, I know some few tricks about subtitles... But normally MicroDvd 1.2 works fine with subtitles.
