Audio extraction from DVD- help?

I'm just trying to extract audio from certain DVD chapters into .WAV format, usually from music videos ON a DVD. I've tried walking through several Guides online, but I've yet to figure it out, much less get to a one- or two-step process to getting straight audio from a DVD chapter.
CAN ANYBODY HELP? IS THIS ACTUALLY SIMPLE?
