please try and read all the posts before asking..this was posted before...vbr is said to be better than cbr..i personally like cbr..vbr is supposed to speed up the bitrate during fast scenes and slow down during slow scenes..i tried it and it kinda sucked..but thats just me.
i copied this from another site..i tried it and it works..
1. Copy this string (it is a registry entry)
3. File> Save As. Change the 2nd dropdown menu (it is defaulted to ASCII text),to "all files". Name it "30 Day crack.reg" (no parenthisis) or something similar.
4. Right click and select merge. Hit yes for the confirmatin box.
5. Enjoy 30 more days of MPEG2 encoding bliss.
