    converting .mov to .mpeg

    please help i wanna burn a vcd with a .mov file on it in nero it says it supports .mov files but when i try to it syas unsupported format!!!

    help me fix it or convert the file to .mpeg!!!

            ok i downloaded it

            but when i try and convert the MOV files it goes up to 100% then it locks up!!!

            help me i really need to convert these files!!!

              Get Quicktime 6 and open the file.
              U are able to "Export" the file to avi as far as I can remember.
              "File/Export" and choose video/audio codecs. (I think!)
              Again, it's been a while since I used it.
