    Picture delayed

    If I play some of my movie files the sound is a little ahead of the picture. Does anyone know how to fix that?

    A) If the difference between audio and video is constant throughout the video:

    Load the file into VirtualDub or NanDub.
    Set BOTH "Video" and "Audio" to "Direct Stream Copy".
    From the "Audio" dropdown menu, select "Interleaving"
    Under "Audio skew correction", set an appropriate number of milleseconds (positive or negative) in the box labelled "Delay audio track by"
    Save with a new filename

    B) If the difference increases as the movie plays:

    From under the "Video" dropdown menu, select framerate - and select "Change so video and audio durations match"

    Let us know of your success ;>}

      I´m not sure if it´s a problem in the file. One of the movies I watched and everything was fine. at about half way through the movie I got an errror message and the Player hung up. when I started it again the sound was picture was delayed.

          yea, of cours, as a matter of fact it´s just not quite done , yet, so I thought while the program is working I´d just give a more detailed description of my problem.

          I´m also sorry, that I forgot to thank you for your help in my lst post. So I do it now
