WMV editor and Movie Maker 2 - or is there another WMV editor

Hi - do you know if windows movie maker 2 edits WMV movies if I havent got windows xp (I'm on windows 98). I know I could try but you know the hassle these things are if they dont work - if movie maker 2 only works on xp - is there another WMV editor about ?
