Fourcc code "0" message wont play movie

I was trying to play a movie I downloaded from kazaa.com, but when I try to play the movie it comes back with:
The video file you are opening includes video data that is not recognized by DivX player.
you may need to install a new video codec on your computer to watch this video.

So what do I need to do??
The file contains the following typr of data:
Video data: FOURCC code "0"

1. Load up the AVI file into GSpot and post a screenshot of the information displayed here.

Alternatively:
1. Open the file in Virtualdub
2. Go to File -> File Information
3. Post what information you see here
