Gandalf On Speed

Greetings. I was wondering if someone could tell me what´s wrong with my player (WMP 6.4.09).
It shows video ok but randomly it speeds up video, then, it slows down to its innitial speed.
I´m planning to record a video from my computer to a VCR but i would like to have a linear video speed.

How can i fix this?

From HD. I don´t understand it.

I´ve got the same result if i play it from a defragmented HD also.

(W2K, dual K7 processor, Geforce 256)
