Unable to play wmv file after burning to disk.

I've got a rather large wmv file, which I wanted to back up to DVD-r, but after burning it to disk and trying to play it, Windows Media Player say's the file is either damaged or unplayable. At first I though i'd might have bruned a coaster (doesn't usually happen to me), so I tried it again, resulting in the same problem.

When trying to copy the file from disk to HDD, I get the same message as Media Player gave me.

It's a 4GB file. Could that be the problem??

Hmm I just tried another burning program and it has given me the answer: Files cannot exceed 2GB.

Is this also true for UDF??
