Hi guys-
Been away for a while now, and still running into problems.
I'm trying to play some OGM video files. As i understand things, OGG is just a more flexible 'wrapper' format than AVI, and these files are encoded with DivX 5 & XviD for video, and possibly vorbis for audio.
Now, the problem is that some files play back very nicely & smoothly. Others unfortunately don't- they stutter (for want of another expression) while the view is still, or not moving very quickly. When it pans quickly everything is absolutely fine.
I have also noticed that some f the colour 'bleeds' , leaving it washed out in places.
Does anybody know of anything I should be doing to prevent this or is this just symptomatic of a corrupted file?
Cheers-
Ols
