Stripping vob id's

Hi Chaps,
Is it possible to strip a vob id from a particular vob with vobrator or something similar?
I want to rip the thx promo from a vob but dump the warnings,etc.
If this is possible could someone explain how to do this or forward a link?

It should be MUCH easier to simply use "MPEGCutter" (MPEG2Cut.exe") to select the clip you wish to keep...

Works fine and is simple to operate.
