I just like to help people and if they want to know, because I had that problem before I didn't know how to convert avi to dvd and know I know so I tell everyone that doesn't know how to do it.

Try these instead: http://members.shaw.ca/videojunk/all.htm
but I use it and it works great. Good quality and sound. It creates chapters for you.
Whoopee!
There are at least 20 other applications that will do the same thing, for about the same money, or even free.
There are also about an equal number of applications that will do a much better job, but actually require the user to learn something about the procedure.
Sorry, I cannot, and will not recommend that software to anyone, ever. It's too buggy, and overpriced.

That software was free on some other forum. Just search for it. It is free. And for me it worked great. I have no complaints.

That's what's called "WAREZ" (pirated versions of COMMERCIAL software) - and discussion of anything related to such activity is a violation of the rules of these forums...

sorry, I will never do it again, but anything you say on this forum about encoding and decoding is illegal.
"anything you say on this forum about encoding and decoding is illegal."
1) Not according to the copyright laws of most countries
2) My post stated, " That's what's called "WAREZ" (pirated versions of COMMERCIAL software) - and discussion of anything related to such activity is a violation of the rules of these forums..." - "a violation of rules" is not the same as "illegal"...

I've used Nero Vision Express 3 to do the conversion from AVI to DVD (NTSC), however there is 1 problem when I did it and I don't know what went wrong. I want chapters in the movie, however there are no chapters when I converted AVI to DVD. In Nero Vision Express 3 can you make chapters, and if so how?
