I can't find a codec

Hello, I'm new here.

I've been looking for a codec and I thought people here might help me. It's an audio codec. Fast Multimedia AG. I can't find it anywhere, can you guys please help? Maybe I can download it in a bunmdle? i don't know, I'm new at this.
