AVI/DivX on TV without TV output?

I have a an old Voodoo 3 card without a TV output. I also have the older RealMagic Hollywood + mpeg card. With that I can display DVD's and some mpeg files on my TV. But is there any way to display DivX files and regular AVI files with that hardware? I have no problems with any of the file type on my computer. I am using DVD Station but I also have the DivX Player Alpha. I am running Windows XP. Is there any software or codec that might help me or do I have to buy the new RealMagic card or a new video card?

several utilities

If you go to the downloads section of digital-digest, and look under PC-DVD, there are several utilities that will map DIVX to a Hollywood+ tv out.
