Audio Help

Ive searched this forum for solutions and found none
Heres the problem: I have movies on my computer
that used to play fine
after i installed the new divx player the sound for all of them wouldnt work
i dled every audio codec and still didnt work
i uninstalled divx player and the audio was regained
now every movie i have has its audio out of synch with the picture
including any new movie i download
is there any codec i can download to fix this?
theres plenty of them and i dont want to go through each one
and try to fix them individually when they used to be fine

easiest solution would be a system restore, or using VLC or MPC to play your files.

other than that, start by uninstalling all codecs/codec packs, download & install ffdshow from http://www.x264.nl
