DVD to MPEG4?

What program can I use to convert DVD to mpeg4? I am trying to put dvd onto my ipod video. Any suggestion would help. Thanks.

Also FairUse Wizard. Could use some testing since I modified it to use Nero's aac encoder (only got an iPod photo here (not even here either. lives in the car)).

I found that if you use dvd decrypter then video 9 it works for psp and it is the same format. Try this site for more info: http://www.divx-digest.com/articles/dvdtopsp.htlm
