A friend of mine sent me a divX file which opens in media player as a music track with a black screen, and wont open at all in DivX 2.0 Alpha Player.
I was about to check it out in VirtualDub and when I opened it up, it says "Reconstructing Damaged index block" with a process bar. This is all fine and I let it run its course, but then it gives me a warning about slow seeking due to an option I dont have turned on.
I take it that I need to let VirtualDub do this to watch the movie but what else do I need to do to keep the quality of the film?
Any help would be much appreciated
Cheers
