Video/Audio out of sync.

Hi,I`m using Divx to convert ripped DVDs to play on my Zen visionM (just like video Ipod) the problem I`m having is the video and audio are out of sync. by a few seconds.Any suggestions ?

What program are you using to do your DivX conversion? And what setting are you using?
