Encode With WM11 codec/encoder?

Hi,

I need to encode AVI-DV file to a WMV file with specific parameters
one of them is using Windows Media Video 11 Encoder/codec.

I have Canopus Procoder 2 and I already installed the latest WM Player but I still do not have the specific title in the encoder section.
I have only Windows media 9 or 9.1 image or 9 professioal.

what can I do with the procoder or with other softwares?

the Option of using Wnidows Media 11 Codec.

I can only choos from between windows media 9 or 9.1 or professional and I need to work with windows media 11 codec.
