How Can i Convert an MS Producer Project into a Video, (window media file type)

or any other suggestions on how to broadcast slides along with 12 minutes of audio at somewhat of a decent rate.

What is the format of the video? Alternatively, most screen capture software will afford you this capability, use Camtasia or Snag-it.
