Help with DVD Shrink Code

I am knew and hope I have this in the correct forum. I have DVD Shrink and Nero 7. Only 3 times has this happened but part way into when DVD shrink is codeing the dvd it stops and the gives error, failure to read file D cyclic redundancy check. Then it will go no further. On one DVD I thought it was a bad spot, so I tried another copy, it stoped same place, same error.
Help please, new to all this.
