    In Need Of Big Help

I have taken two multimedia coarses and played around with plenty of programs. The problem im having is that my mother fell in love with Corel Presentation (the program from h*ll!) and she has created emense presentation files. She loves it so much she creates slideshow wedding albums she plays at receptions. Now she wants to make VHS and DVD's of her work. I was able to make VHS with a tv out card but the quality stank... So I went out and bought the Dazzle hollywood bridge and a Ati radeon with tv out. I still have a voodoo 3500 with tv out. I also have a camcorder, vcr, and dvd/video cd player. Wanting to find a way I can turn these presentation files into something usefull. Like a AVi or an Mpeg, the problem is trying not to loose the quality. Is there a way that I can export this presentation file and import it into something usefull with out loosing all of the detail........PLEASE ANYONE WHO CAN MAKE A SUDJESTION TO HELP...... Do I need a camcorder that supports miniDV? Or do you think that the new Radeon would produce better picture quality.

    need more info

    need more info
what is the presentation file extention ?
the quality will only degrade if you have shitty connections
    and only in play back.
the actual file quality depends on original quality and in the encoding itself e.g. codec
we might be able to help if we knew what file we start with and what we are encoding into. i agree mpeg is the way to go, but we need more info. what it is planned to be played on and other misc. variables.
sorry i couldn't be any more help due to lack of knowledge with the Corel Presentation. i've worked on a few corel products, but not enough to tell you a two second fix.
    no life just digital

ok The file extension is *.shw and is a pain. I've heard you can convert the files into power point presentations but I don't know how. I heard you can use director 8 from macromedia. But also don't know how.... Hopefully you can see this and have more a clue as to what I can due......Thanks in advance.
