Cannot get wmvcreator to work with flask

Hello..

Trying to use flaskmpeg with the wmvcreator pluging. Everytime I start the encoding process, I Dr. Watsons flask. I tried 594 and 6.0. I get a dialog popup with a bunch of garbage characters. I noticed there was a dll in addition to the flask file, does this need to be copied somewhere??

Anybody else get this working?
