firefox document??? need help!!!

i downloaded some split files (movie)... it's firefox document format... but at the end of the file name shows .avi.001.... i tried to use winrar and hjsplit to join them but it doesn't work!!! and the gross thing is firefox also cant read it~ anyone, plz help me....

getting a good avi file joiner. Rename the files...movie1.avi, movie2.avi.

Should be able to view with any media player.
