subtitls not fully shown

Hello,
I made German subtitles for an Italian film which is about 02:24:000 hours long.

I added German subtitles
from

to
1297
02:20:23,414 --> 02:20:26,884.

But playing this film in VLC MediaPlayer, the subtitles are only shown until

From

on however no more.

What may be the reason for this?
