multiple cuts and appends

hi peeps

making cuts one at a time then appending them is alot of work. is there a way to do all the cutting and appending on the same timeline then only making one copy?

Open file in Virtualdub(mpeg2 preferably).Select the first part to be deleted.Then EDIT/Delete.Next select the next part to be deleted and repeat.When you have deleted all the unwanted parts,save the avi(video and audio both Direct Stream Copy).
