Virtualdubmod Crashes During Conversion

I converted an FLV movie to avi+mp3 with FLVExtract, then mux'd them using Virtualdubmod. I tried another movie but this time Virtualdub crashed half way through, the error log is here: http://www.dynamata.com/crashinfo.txt

Can anyone help?
