    Dvd ripper & flask 0.6 and 0.78

Here's a noob question for everybody. I have no problems with dvd ripper. As a default it splits the vob files at 1GB intervals. I know where to turn off the file splitting so I get a 6.5GB file in windows XP. Then I go to Flask to encode the files as an avi using a divx 5.0.3 encoder. Flask encodes the 1GB files no problem into AVI's, but I want it to encode all of the 6 and a half files into 1 AVI. Any way to make flask do that? I fiddled with jobs a little, but can't see how to add a job in a different vob.

Next problem, if I turn flask 0.78 (or whatever the current beta version is) loose on the 6.5gb file, I get the evil windows error box that wants to send a report to microsoft. If I use flask 0.6 on the 6.5 gb file, the file shows 0 minutes, 0mb, but plays in the viewer. As soon as I hit encode, I get the windows error again.

All I wanna do is end up with an avi file for the dvd, can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong?

    Thanks

Why don't you try MPEG Mediator (Special Edition) ?

See the "Encoding comparison" at http://www.wolf-town.com and see the speed of it !

And it shouldn't be a problem to load your 6,5GB file with it !

    Just take a look !
