Can you use Recode just to encode the movie then use Decrypter to burn the movie. I tried to do this and it says that the MDS file is missing when I try to select the newley encoded files to Decrypter. I am on a NTFS platform

Have you created an .ISO image file (as you should, if you want to use DVD Decrypter to burn), or have you instead created a "package" of .IFOs, .BUPs, and .VOBs?
